Breathing Habit Assessment

 

identifies:

(1) whether or not you have a breathing habit compromising you

(2) specific breathing habits that compromise your respiration and related physiology

(3) symptoms and deficits brought on by breathing habits

(4) how existing health conditions may interact with the physiological and psychological effects of habits

(5) if you experience compromises that may be brought on by breathing habits unknowingly

 

During a Breathing Assessment specific breathing patterns, habits, physiological and psychological changes mediated by breathing are identified as well as their role in your concerns. Discover how you have learned to breathe and how breathing chemistry changes effect you.

 

 

An extensive interview provides information about triggers, and sustaining factors that play a role in perpetuating your current health and performance concerns.

 

 

The Breathing Assessment duration is 60-75 minute increments (prorated).  Time zone is mountain.

 

 

 

You will need to supply your own computer (with 2 USB port(s), headset, and high speed Internet assess.  Instrumentation requires Windows platform.

Breathing Instrumentation

We utilize CO2 gas analysis to measures gas exchange during breathing. Instrumentation displays moment to moment changes for determining acid base regulation, and breathing behaviors. The use of CO2 analysis is the only effective technological measurement  to determine breathing self-regulation.
